Safety Tips
Summer Safety Tip #1 - If you are using a fire pit, make sure that it is located on a non-combustible surface and that it is fully extinguished before leaving it unattended.
Summer Fire Safety Tip #2 - Grills should only be used outdoors and placed well enough away from the home, deck railings, and out from under eaves - never leave a grill unattended.
Summer Safety Tip #3 - The sale, possession, and use of fireworks in West Chicago is illegal - Leave the fireworks to the professionals!
Summer Safety Tip# 4 - Keep an eye on the weather forecast when planning outdoor activities - shelter indoors when severe weather occurs.
