IROL/BRYCER (*Please note, as of 6/1/26, IROL and Brycer have merged.)
Fire District code requires annual testing/service of the following systems (where applicable): Fire Alarm; Fire Sprinkler; Hood/Duct suppression and cleaning (bi-annual); Exit Signage/Emergency Lighting; Fire Pump; Fire Doors (including drop testing of rolling doors); and Alternative Fire Suppression Systems (i.e. clean agent). All annual reports must be uploaded to Inspection Reports Online (IROL)/BRYCER by the service provider. Testing of these systems will not be conducted during the inspection process. The responsible party for the property must ensure that the testing/service is performed annually to remain compliant.
The Fire District also requires, by code, that all ITM reports be uploaded to our designated records system. We utilize IROL/BRYCER to monitor compliance, and the local code requires service providers to upload reports. When deficiencies are noted, IROL/BRYCER representatives will send notices to the contact of record in IROL/BRYCER. For Critical Deficiencies and Third Notice Deficiencies, expect a Fire District inspector to follow up to ensure final compliance. (Click on the logo below for more information on IROL/BRYCER):
