Earlier this year, Todd deployed with Illinois Task Force One to assist with search and recovery efforts following severe flooding in Texas—representing both Task Force One and the West Chicago Fire Protection District with professionalism, skill, and compassion.

For his exceptional service, Todd has been awarded the MABAS Humanitarian Award, joining a distinguished group of past recipients from our District.
