How To Get In Touch for Emergencies or Non Emergencies

You may find yourself asking "should I call 911?" If you ever wonder this question, then yes you should! Situations that you cannot control and are or could become dangerous to life, limb, or property are bonafide emergencies. Whether it is a police or fire emergency, the 911 operator will determine the proper response. We are paid to respond to your call whether it be 1 o'clock in the afternoon, or 1 o'clock in the morning, or job remains the same. Do not feel guilty "waking us up."

For non-emergency contact, call the fire department direct at 630-231-2123. This will ring at the administration offices. This is your contact for your general questions. There is an option for after hours to contact the shift commander, for urgent questions, however if you have an emergency, CALL 911!
