Full time employment applications We are not accepting applications for full time employment. Paid on Call member requirements The West Chicago Fire Protection District has a Paid on Call membership program. To become a Paid on Call member you must submit an application and meet the following requirements. Application are available at the Main Station - 200 Fremont Street. Must Be 21 years old or 18 years old if a member of the Cadet program sponsored through our local high school. Reside within the geographical boundaries of the West Chicago Fire Protection District. Once your are accepted as a probationary Paid on Call member, you must become certified with the Office of the State Fire Marshal.
